The greatest gift you can give me is a referral. I'll take care of them like I would take care of you. Building my business through word of mouth by proving myself one transaction after the next. The way it should be done.

If you’re preparing to make a move, I’m here to serve you with guidance, education and peace of mind through the real estate transactions of your life. This isn’t just business. It’s your life, your home and this is Minnesota. You need an agent with a personal touch.

At Piché & Associates Real Estate, LLC every client is unique, having their own set of circumstances, desires and needs. Yet, we believe everyone deserves the same professional service across the board. That’s why we stress personalized, professional service to each of our clients.

Piché & Associates was formed in 2014 by its founder and owner, John Piché. With over eleven years of real estate experience, John decided to take his success, knowledge and reputation to the next level by creating a new broker model designed with the client at the forefront. By creating a new brokerage rather than following the franchise model, Piché & Associates will be positioned to control its culture and reputation more independently. Not being restricted by franchise fees or royalty fees more resources will be focused on technology and marketing.

Piché & Associates operates under the model of a “virtual office” allowing us to leverage current and future technology, reducing overhead and empowering our Associates by providing them with a larger share of commissions. We believe that by giving our Associates more in their pocket at the end of the transaction will engender a stronger customer service ethic to their clients. The Associates’ success is Piché & Associates’ success.

Andrew Mettayer is a licensed Full-time REALTOR® with Piché & Associates Real Estate and is highly dedicated to the customer service experience. Determined to earn clients for life, he has been known to do many things other agents cannot or will not do, with the mindset that everyone should get treated like a friend or family member.

“My organizational skills combined with my experience with technology and personal finance make managing projects and people come very natural to me. You don’t need a team of agents who only know a fraction of this business when you can have one that knows all of the parts and takes pride in doing it well.”

A lifelong resident of Minnesota, Andrew and his wife Valerie have been married since 2004 and currently live in Andover with their son, Stephen. When he’s not needed in the real estate world, he gives back to his community by being an on-call Firefighter/EMT. He also enjoys family, friends, fishing, playing games, and sitting around the bonfire with any free time.

 GIVING BACK

I am truly blessed to have the people in my life that I do, so if there is a way that I can give back, I would love to. Whether that be through time and effort, or donating to a need that can benefit people, I am most definitely interested. I am proud to be a firefighter in my community, and of my son, Stephen, for being a Community Service Officer. The real hero in our family however is Val. Without her, nothing works. She is not only the rock for Stephen and I, but she has been involved in nearly every event and undertaking along the way. If you already know her, you know this to be true. Our family is about giving back and doing the right thing if at all possible. We thank each and every one of you for being what you are to us because you are part of what makes us tick.

Proud sponsor of some great people doing great things:

  • Andover Fire Relief Association

  • Several Elementary School classes and events

  • Scouts Organizations

Are you really a firefighter, too?

In 2019, I joined the Andover Fire Department as a paid-on-call Firefighter/EMT after seeing a request for help, as a way to give back to the city and county I call home.

“Realtor duties always come first, but when my clients don’t need me, I can be there for my city/county any hour of the day or night.”

It certainly doesn’t hurt that I have the experience and training to handle situations like I do. Handling the pressures of deadlines and managing people in the real estate world is no problem when you how to manage complex scenes like car accidents and house fires after all.
