Ask if they charge an admin fee (very likely they do) and if it’s negotiable
Do they have a team and who is accountable when things don’t go smoothly?
Have them show their work, not just tell you what you want to hear.
Will they step up before/during/after if you need help?
How responsive will they be to your emails/texts/calls?
